2026 Race schedule

MTA Qualifiers are open to all, and then a select group will be invited to the Championships for Indoor/Outdoor/XC.  
AO/BAA/OFSSA/CWOSSA are just for registered athletes / qualifying High School Runners.   
Other events listed that do not say MTA or AO are local events that we would like to participate in as a team.

Indoor Track

• ​January 17- Flying Angels NextGen Indoor Championships- Toronto Track and Field Centre
• Feb 22- AO U14 Indoor Championships and Indoor Rising Stars Finale
• March 15- MTA Prep Meet at Toronto Track and Field Centre hosted by United Tamil
• March 21-23- AO York University (Canadian U16, U18, U20 and Open Championships)- this is for older athletes
• April 11-12- MTA Indoor Provincial Championships- you must have competed in an indoor prep meet to be invited to this.

Outdoor Track / Road

• May 12- BAA meet for high school- Kincardine
• May 14 - GBCS meet for grade 4-6
• May 16- MTA Prep meet- Gord Rusby Memorial- Burlington
• May 20/21- CWOSSA- Cambridge  
• May 28/29 - OFSAA West- Cambridge
• June 6- Rotary Huron Shore Run Southampton 
• June 4-6 OFSAA- Burlington
• June 13- Legion District C meet for U14, U16 and U18 athletes- Cambridge
• June 20/21- MTA Prem Meet- Brampton Racers- Brampton
• June __- Bluewater area meet- East Ridge
• Tentative-July 10/11- Legion Provincial Championships for those who qualify from District
• July 11th Meaford Harbour Run (1k/5k)
• July 24-26 - U14, U16, U18 AO Championships
• July 18-19 - MTA Outdoor Championships- Brampton​
• July 24-26- AO U14, U16, U18 Championship
  
• July 30-Aug 2- Ontario Summer Games- this is for those who qualify from the Legion meet

Cross Country (XC)

• Sept 20th- Meaford Terry Fox Run
• Sept 26th- Coyote XC race​
• Oct 10th- Thornbury Turkey Trot
• Oct __ Bluewater meet for all school athletes
• Oct __- CWOSSA for high school athletes
• Oct 24th- MTA XC Provincial Championships- Niagara on the Lake
• Nov __- OFSAA
